About the Role


First Circle is looking for a Sales Coach who will support our efforts in improving call our call and service quality as well as manage the training of new recruits to the team. This role will be a key contributor in supporting First Circle's vision of helping high potential businesses to access credit to grow faster and in aggregate to improve wealth distribution in a fair and sustainable manner.


 


Performance Objectives


To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible supporting the Sales team with tasks related to:


  • Call listening for all sales and customer service calls that are conducted by the company, monitoring calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance.
  • Draft and review the quality standards of the company for sales and customer service including evaluation forms and scoring systems
  • Manage the pitch creations for all scenarios of sales and customer service that improve sales conversions and increase the customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the sales and customer service teams adhere to the respective sales pitches and constantly improve the pitch to suit the needs of the company and the customer
  • Setting and meeting performance targets for driving efficiency in sales and quality.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services of the company along with quality standards
  • Improving performance by raising efficiency and improving conversion rates for sales and customer service staff
  • Coordinate with department heads on training needs for the sales and customer service team and organize training interventions to meet quality standards


About You


  • 3+ years experience in a quality assurance and/or sales coach role for local outbound sales campaigns.
  • Ability to excite and inspire all levels of a sales organisation
  • Salesmanship and a love for sales
  • High sense of urgency and best in class work ethics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent in English/Tagalog
  • Existing credit industry knowledge, ideally experience from a call center servicing banks / financial institutions
